Norun Haugen

Norun Haugen (b 1990, Norway) is an Animal Rights Activist who went under­cover in the meat industry in Norway for five years to expose bad practices within the industry. She acquired her master’s degree in philosophy from Oslo University in 2018. She works freelance as an advocate for animal rights. In 2019, Haugen won the Voice of the Year Subjekt Award, the Stiansen Award and the Fritt Ords Honnør Award.
