At Litteraturhuset (the Bergen House of Literature) you will find  Bien. Bien offers an informal restaurant experience with a charming, rustic atmosphere.

They offer classic dishes using mussels, fish and meat inspired by Nordic and European traditions, which can be complemented by a rich selection of wine served by knowledgeable sommeliers. The café opens early and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
