Ild, tenner, vann, tunge is a personal reflection around author Nhu Dieps own upbringing. The author writes about her complicated family history, from life as a refugee to Norway and the difficult childhood with violence and high expectations. As an adult, N feels uncertain about her own family and their relationship. When a crisis hits the family, N must decide which role they ultimately should have in her life.
