Ingvild H. Rishøi

Ingvild H Rishøi (b 1978, Norway) is a Norwegian author.

She trained as a journalist and worked as a feature journalist in the newspapers Dagbladet and Dagens Næringsliv from 1998 until 2003. In 2007 she made her debut with the short story collection La stå (Stet, 2007) and for Vinternoveller (Winter novellas, 2014) she received the Critics’ Prize and the Brage Prize.

She published her first novel in 2021, Stargate: En julefortelling (Stargate: a Christmas Story), which has been critically acclaimed.
