Solrun Toft Iversen

Solrun Toft Iversen (b 1971, Norway) is a theatre director 

Toft Iverson studied dramaturgy at Aarhus University and has studied literary theory and theatre science at the University of Bergen.

She has worked at Teater Katapult and at the Alexandra Institute in Aarhus. She was a dramaturg at Den Nationale Scene between 2008 and 2016. In 2016 she became the acting theatre manager at the Sogn and Fjordane teater, before she took over as head of theatre at Hordaland Theatre (which later changed its name to West Norwegian Theatre).

Toft Iverson has also taught dramatic art in Bergen, Oslo and Aarhus and has been a board member and chairperson of various cultural institutions. 

She is the next theater director of Den Nationale Scene in Bergen.
