Hilde Sandvik


Hilde Sandvik (b 1970, Norway) is a jour­nalist, editor and author.

She has an MA from the University of Bergen.

Sandvik is a presenter on the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) pod­cast Norsken, svensken og dansken, and founder and editor-in-chief of the Nordic news and debate medium

Between 2010 and 2016, Sandvik was culture and debate editor on the newspaper Bergens Tidende. Along with Katrine Sele, she received the New Norwegian Prize for Journalists from the Ministry of Culture in 2012.

She has published the books Hersketeknikk (2007, with Jon Risdal), Diverse teik­ningar (2007, with Marvin Halleraker) and Traktorland (2008, with Knut Egil Wang).
