Bente Teigen Gundersen

Bente Teigen Gundersen (b 1969, Norway) is a translator who has translated over thirty books in various genres both from and to Spanish.

Teigen Gundersen received her cand.philol from the University of Bergen, majoring in Spanish language and Latin American Studies. She also has research studies in comparative linguistics from the Complutense University in Madrid.

In addition to being a translator, she has worked for many years as a lecturer in Norwegian language and literature, and as a communication advisor and culture worker.
