Trond-Viggo Torgersen

Trond-Viggo Torgersen (b 1954, Norway) is a presenter, author, artist and physician. He has worked as a freelancer for the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) since 1975, and is known from such programmes as Halvsju, Kroppen og Nesten voksen.

Torgersen has been Norway’s Ombudsman for Children, head of programmes for NRK 2 and a programme creator in NRK’s entertainment department. He has issued a number of books and records, and his awards include a Norwegian Grammy for the best children’s record. He also teaches patient contact at the University of Bergen.

His most recent book, Kroppen for voksne, appeared in 2021.
