Lecture on a classic: Flowers of evil (posponed to autumn 2021)

It will 200 years in 2021 since the birth of French poet Charles Baudelaire. LitFestBergen celebrates this anniversary with two events on his most famous work, Les Fleurs du Mal from 1857. Per Buvik, professor emeritus in comparative literature at the University of Bergen, will talk about the poems, which were both acclaimed and condemned in their day.

And musician Susanna, who has set some of the poems to music, will give a concert on Friday entitled Baudelaire & Piano.

This event will be in Norwegian.
