Vilde Tuv (b. 1986, Norway) is an artist, songwriter, composer, and music producer from Bergen.
Following her critically acclaimed debut album D ́meg (2016), where she toured the country as a one-woman orchestra with drums and guitar, Tuv has embraced new tools to create innovative musical landscapes. She won the Spellemann Award in the Electronica category for her second album, Melting Songs (2021).
In recent years, collaboration and composing for dance performances, film, and gallery spaces have become increasingly central to her artistic practice.
In 2023, Vilde Tuv and Anna Kleiva created the commissioned piece "Solplomme" for Dei nynorske festspela in Ørsta. Tuv composed the music, and Kleiva wrote the poems for the work.
