Nick Barley

Nick Barley (b 1966, UK) is the director for the Edinburgh International Book Festival. He has previously been an editor and publisher.
Barley has also been the director of the Lighthouse Centre for Architecture and Design, before he became the festival leader in Edinburgh in 2009. He has been a judge for various literary and culture prizes, including the Man Booker International Prize.
