Eira Søyseth

Frode Helmich Pedersen (b 1976, Norway) is associate professor of Nordic literature at the University of Bergen, and has served for many years as a literary critic for Bergens Tidende and Morgenbladet.

He has been on the editorial staff of the Prosopopeia, Vagrant and Vinduet journals, and has taught for many years at the Academy of Creative Writing in Hordaland. He is also a permanent member of the Critical Quartet, the Bergen House of Literature’s forum for literary criticism.

His latest book is the essay collection Splinten i øyet, which appeared in the autumn of 2021.
