Jens Mattsson
Jens Mattsson (b 1980, Sweden) is a librarian and made his literary debut in both Sweden and Finland during 2019 with Vi är lajon!, illustrated by Jenny Lucander.
He currently works in the library at an upper secondary school, but became interested in picture books during many years as a children’s librarian.
Vi är lajon! was one of Finland’s nominees for the Nordic Council Children and Young People’s Prize in 2020 – and won.
