The short story as an everyday genre
Mood-setting, brief and bounded – what makes the short-story genre so suitable for describing the ordinary? Two of Norway’s most widely-read and critically acclaimed short-story writers, Laila Stien and Frode Grytten, converse with novellist Marit Eikemo, who ventured into this field for the first time in the autumn of 2019.
The moderator is librarian and short story writer Eivind Riise Hauge.
The conversation will be in Norwegian.
