The Authors of the Future

Skrivekunstakademiet, Bergen’s creative writing academy, celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2025. Both teachers and graduates alike have made their mark on the Norwegian literary scene. The one-year course in creative writing is immensely oversubscribed every year, and only 12 applicants are accepted – testament to the course’s exclusivity.

Now the students invite you to an hour in the performance space where they will read their own texts. Come and hear the authors of the future!
