Life, Literature and Betrayal – Kirkens Bymisjon

What do women in Norway with minority backgrounds associate with the festival theme of betrayal? In the project Literature for Inclusion, LitFestBergen gives a platform to voices that are rarely heard on stage, offering the audience insight into how the participants have worked with text to approach the theme in relation to their own experiences.

Author and Arabic translator Vibeke Koehler have spent the winter running writing courses for women whose mother tongue is Arabic. Some of the participants will come to LitFestBergen to present the results of the project they have been working on.
