Yuliia Kozlovets

Yuliia Kozlovets (Ukraine) is a Director of the International Book Arsenal Festival (IBAF), Kyiv, Ukraine. She has been a member of the festival team since 2012, first acting as the curator of the programme for children and teens and, since 2019, working as the main coordinator for the entire festival.

IBAF is a major international interdisciplinary event, where the country’s book, literary and artistic scenes develop and interact with each other. Since 2011 it has been an annual project of the Mystetskyi Arsenal (Kyiv), a leading Ukrainian cultural institution. IBAF’s international projects, being organized and presented at the main literary festivals and book fairs abroad, connect the Ukrainian book, literary, and art communities with their international counterparts and promote better understanding and visibility of Ukraine in the world.

Previously, Yuliia was a co-owner of an independent bookshop, worked to promote children’s literature, was involved in a number of different art projects, and was active in the field of education, especially non-formal education.
