Sigbjørn Skåden

Sigbjørn Skåden (b. 1976, Norway) is a Sámi author, cultural worker, and teacher from Tromsø. He is also a trained philologist.
Skåden has published novels, poems, and a children’s book, and was nominated for the Nordic Council Literature Prize in 2007 for his debut work Skuovvadeddjid gonagas [King of the Shoemakers] (2004).
