María Sheila Cremaschi

María Sheila Cremaschi (Spain) is the director of the Hay Festival Segovia in Spain. She graduated from the Complutense University of Madrid with a Master in Business Management and Administration in 1995. She was previously the director of the Hay festivals in Budapest and Alhambra. In 2023 the president of Italy Excemo Sergio Matarella honored her with the order of Cavaliere Ordine della Stella Italia, and in 2024 forbes magazine included her in the list of 75 latin women to follow.
