Lucie Campos

Lucie Campos (b. 1977, Ireland)  is the director of Villa Gillet - The French Centre for International Authors and home to the festivals Assises Internationales du Roman and Mode d’Emploi.

As a lecturer in literary studies, she has written about Sebald, Kerész, Coetzee, Beckett and Kafka.

For the past eight years she has alternated between London and Paris where she has developed and created projects for institutions such as the Institut Français and the Collège de France to promote translated literature and to bring more translated authors to festivals, schools and into the public debate. Lucie Campos was a member of the jury for the Man Booker International Prize in the UK in 2020.
