Luca Dalen Espseth (b. 1987, Norway) is a Norwegian trans activist, social commentator, and author. He became known when he participated in an NRK documentary «Mann uten penis» (a man without a penis), and he has worked on trans rights for more than 15 years.
Luca is a biology teacher with a master’s degree in interdisciplinary gender studies. He works at the Patient Organization for Gender Incongruence, which he co-founded in 2018.
In 2024, Luca Dalen Espseth published the book Født i rett kropp – En transmanns fortelling (Born in the Right Body – A Trans Man’s Story)
