Dana Vowinckel

Dana Vowinckel (b. 1996, Germany) is an author who grew up in both the US and Germany.
She has studied linguistics and literature in Berlin, Toulouse and Cambridge.
Her debut novel En verden i flyt ( translated to Norwegian from German) has received much acclaim and has been short-listed for various literary awards including Prize of the Leipzig Book Fair 2024 and Mara-Cassens-Preis 2023. She was the recipient of the Literature Prize of the Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft »Text & Sprache« 2024.
