In her book Uhørt! Angsten for det frie ord (Unheard! The fear of the free word), Kjersti Løken Stavrum argues in favour of changes to the constitution's freedom of expression clause and suggests that a new power shift should be initiated. Freedom of expression can change the power dynamic of who is being heard - and who is still voiceless - in Norway today. But is the problem that there is a manipulation of the current narrative, resulting in a decline in public discourse?
