Norwegian PEN Vestland and LitFestBergen invite you to write a message to imprisoned and persecuted authors, journalists and bloggers worldwide. The cards are made by PEN members and ICORN writers in Norway.

Opening hours for the post card campaign:

Friday 7 February 15.00–17.00

Saturday 8 February 12.00–15.00
