Installation: RUMOUR

In today's online environment, the line between truth and rumours is becoming increasingly blurred. Our words have become weapons in internet debates – impossible to guard against. Chinese artist Li Bin Yuan's interactive installation “Rumour” invites the audience to pierce a giant tongue – the organ we need to speak – with a bow and arrows.

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night all festival authors will shoot at the tongue and then sign it next to the arrow. The final piece of art – with arrows and signatures, will be exhibited at the Bergen House of Literature.
