Mona B. Riise

Mona B Riise (b 1972, Norway) is a journalist and programme presenter on TV and radio. She studied such subjects as literature, media and communication at the University of Oslo.

Riise has long experience as a reporter and presenter of music and culture programmes at the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK), including Lydverket, and has spent many years on the panel of experts for the NRK’s Stjernekamp show.

In 2018, she published Norsk pop-poesi, a collection of poetic highlights from Norwegian pop, rock and rap where she also talks with their writers about the process of creating successful songs.
